Parhon, Solomon

Parhon, Solomon
(fl. 12th cent.)
   Italian lexicographer. He was born in Qal'a, Spain, and became a pupil of Judah ha-Levi, and Abraham ibn Ezra. He settled in Italy, where he wrote a biblical lexicon (Mahberet he-Arukh) in 1160 at Salerno.
